USES: This product is suitable for all kinds of polymer excellent performance antioxidant. It is especially suitable for polyurethane soft foam board, which can prevent polyols from generating peroxides in the process of storage, and can also prevent coking in the process of foaming. Due to its low volatility and excellent compatibility, it is particularly effective in polyurethane forced air cooling. This feature also prevents fogging of surfaces and coloring of textiles used in automobiles. This product not only has the excellent oxidation resistance property but also has the liquid auxiliary agent to be able to pump the transportation convenience, is easy to use and effective mixing. The low volatility and liquid state of antioxidant 1135 make it particularly suitable for single liquid, emulsion, suspension, solution or melt polymer manufacturing processes. It is easy to emulsify and can be dissolved, dispersed or kept in a pure liquid state when added during processing. It can be added before, during, and after aggregation. The usual recommended dose for antioxidant 1135 is between 0.15% and 0.5%.
Packaging and storage: Steel drum packing, net weight 180kg per barrel, can also be designed according to customer requirements. Store in a dry and cool environment for 12 months as a general chemical.
