Product Description: Gaia FRI 383 (Gaia FRI 383) is a sodium nitrite free, heavy metal/zinc free, lightly smelling liquid anti-flash rust agent. Designed to inhibit both gas phase and contact rust. At relatively low addition, it can effectively protect ferrous substrate from rust in the wet paint stage. It has a very wide range of uses, in the direct coating of iron, steel, galvanized iron surface and any water-based coating on the weld, have a very good effect. It is also a water-based product additive that is highly effective in preventing rust in product tank storage. Gaia FRI 383 has excellent stability and can be added at any stage in the paint manufacturing process or postnatal to any latex paint or other water-based paint. But as with any additive, compatibility should be checked before use.
